West Inspection Services was started with the goal of protecting consumers. Buying a home is one of the largest investments most of us will ever make. Having been through the process several times myself, I know it can be equal parts exciting and terrifying. Sometimes you really never know what you’re getting into until it’s too late. A house can look beautiful on the outside but have many secrets hiding just below the surface.

To mitigate these risks, I will perform an objective, impartial and detailed inspection from top to bottom and everything in between. I inspect and test all the systems of the home including the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. I inspect the roof, foundation, attic, and more. I compile my findings and any recommendations into a written report which includes photographs as well as a digital copy which contains videos where applicable. I promise to deliver a product that will help you make an informed decision regarding one of the most important purchases you will ever make.
